TAPP will implement new Laws and restructure the Family court to a far better and fairer system . We will have a 6 man jury from church, schools , doctors professional backgrounds to determined the fate of the children of which parent should have custody of the child or Children. We believe that having one person ie judge or magistrate passing  judgment without a jury is unethical and unsatisfactory and a total disregard to all common law rights, it is also unfair for the children and the parents .  Did you Know that in England 400 years ago a  greedy  king brought in a Law that one man being a magistrate can be solely Judge and jury of his people? that was until the people revolt and had the law abolished calling it the STAR CHAMBER OF SATAN !! hundreds of years later this evil law was introduced into Australian Law under the heading “The Family Court of Australia ” in 1975.

SAME SEX MARRIAGE!!

TAPP believes that the Fedreal  Government  should stay the hell out of people’s lives Especially when it comes to “same sex marriage”.
Government has  no right to interfere in peoples lives . Leave the Marriage debate to the religious institutions and states and territories with reffaredums   – not legislative.
If homosexual couples want to get married, they should and call it what ever they want, they are hard working tax payers also.

The Family Court of Australia has caused grief to many families. Many children have been stolen by this Government service. and subjected to all manner of cruel treatment whilst parents have stood by helpless, not knowing what to do or who to turn to.

Australian famly law courts and the child support department and child services are causing hundreds of Australian fathers to suicide each year, an urgent review of laws and departmental procedures and conduct is required.
